About Melanie Weingart
Melanie Weingart has been working with children for over fifteen years.![]()
She has taught pre-school for ten of those years, directed hike programs for children as well as camps, and has experience in teaching abroad.
She is also an avid naturalist and is currently studying at the Wilderness Awareness School. In addition she has studied Coyote Mentoring for children here in Boulder.
Melanie holds a Bachelor’s in History from CU where she had a focus in child-rearing in early America and is currently working towards an Associates in Early Childhood Education.
Her love of nature inspires children and adults alike. It is her goal to connect us all with the magic that can be found in the natural world.
She can often be found in the foothills of Boulder getting dirt time and communing with plants, rocks, and animals.
